In October 2022 Jim was diagnosed with non-small cell Carcinoma. Brain cancer.
He was referred out to the Mayo clinic for surgery and treatment in November of the same year.
He’s undergone several treatments after removing some brain lesions and doing radiation on smaller growths that could not be removed from the brain.
In his current condition while battling cancer, this struggle has taken around 40 pounds from my father‘s overall weight. He’s lost some hair. His balance is off, legs are unsteady, stress is intensified, major migraines and hand-eye coordination with his arm and leg on his left side are impaired.
The overall cost of treatment thus far has been somewhere between 200 and 300,000. He has missed 3 appointments with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale AZ where he was scheduled to receive more radiation and scans.
Unfortunately, his cancer treatment has a current balance due of nearly $10,000 before they will continue further Treatment.
We as a family would like to raise enough money to pay down the current balance and afford a couple more treatments so we can know where we currently stand in terms of his brain cancer and knowing what the next steps are.

We all love him for the terrific, brave and selfless man that he is. He would and literally has given the shirt off his back.
Everyone knows and loves our Dad Jim in the community that he has been in and given to for so many years now.
“Big hearted Jim” served the four corners community for many decades in the auto business. With his charisma and charm, Jim forged relationships throughout the community, growing friends and a fondness for the Hispanic and Native communities alike.
He has three proud and blessed sons, one beautiful daughter and a selflessly devoted, loving and kindhearted Wife. (my stepmother Debi).We all want to see our Dad warm our homes and bless our communities and neighbors for years to come with his magnetic personality, love and relentless humor.
