Every day, students at Snead State rely on the Parson Pantry for essential support. This incredible resource provides free access to basic necessities and food items, ensuring that students can focus on their academic success instead of the distraction of worrying about their basic needs being met. In addition, the Parson Pantry also offers grab-and-go stations and hot meals available at no cost. The Parson Pantry is a lifeline for many students facing a multitude of distractions or hardships. In a recent study, 46% SSCC students responded that they had some sort of basic need or food insecurity.
