If you've ever met Naketa, you already know-she is a force of love, compassion, and determination. she is the heart and soul behind Helping Our Homies (HOH), the non-profit she founded to make sure no one in our community feels forgotten. Whether it's food, clothing, a safe space, or simply encouragement. Naketa has given her whole self to lifting others up.
But right now, our rock needs us. After facing another surgery, Naketa is now in a season of extended recovery. And will not be recieving long term disability due to insurance issues. For someone who is always moving, always helping, always giving being forced to slow down is hard enough. Adding the weight of bills and daily expenses on top of that makes it even heavier.
This is our chance to return just a fraction of the love and support Naketa has poured into us. Every donation is more than money- it's a message that she is not alone, that her community of Homies stand with her, that we have her back the way she has always had ours.
