Help Fix Our Home's Failing Foundation

About 14 years ago we moved into a house that had a really bad foundation. Our inspector that the bank hired did not catch it or did not mention it. The house had a small crack in two different windows and that is what the inspector pointed out that needed to be fixed, but failed to mention the foundation issue. At the time it wasn’t as bad so we didn’t notice anything when walking around in the house. The lady who sold us the house made sure to put “as is” in the contract and kept a mentioning that she didn’t want to be held responsible for anything, but would only mention the two broken windows everytime i questioned why we would come back about the windows. Now we know of course. She had placed furniture in front of any cracks on the walls so we didn’t notice anything at all until we owned the house and her stuff was gone. She knew about it and lied not disclosing it but we feel like there isn’t anything we can do about it. We can’t afford to sell the house or buy another house at this point either due to the cost of houses now, income, inflation, and loan interests rates. We have been doing the best to fix the house ourselves but the job has been such a headache and cost wise it basically keeps depleting our savings account. We had companies to come out but they each wanted $40,000 to $60,000 to do the job of replacing joists and fixing the foundation. That did not include replacing rotten subfloors in every room. I would never come to do something like this but with the economy the way it is and our savings almost down so low we don’t have the money and our savings is going down each month. We are trying the best we can…truly. The picture above is one of the rooms that has been torn into while trying to replace the foundation joists and subfloor. We found a little mold so the drywall needs replaced in some areas as well.
