Support Recovery For Injured Worker

I've injured my arm working with a guy doing yard work and clean outs on houses, . I was Helping him get a riding lawn mower unstuck from a steep hill using rachet straps and me pulling up on the mower till we got it up the hill, I ended up pinching some thing in my arm doctor's seem to think its Tennis elbow, and can't work, now going on close to four months and bill's pilling up.
