March 15th I had a total hip replacement, and, well.... I didn't go so great! Blood transfusions, bone grafting, death for 34.1 seconds. Then came lots of changes that had to be made! I used a walker for several months and had to be helped with simple things like going to the bathroom, bathing, and even rolling over in bed. I had an amazing, loving help in a woman named Heather Thorman. Tyson (my pup) kept me semi sane and pushing to want to walk with him again. In September Tyson and I had to figure out how to move on from long Island. Since September 1st we have been living in a vehicle and just surviving off gas money I could raise and all the food I could get for him. For myself, I ration white rice and almonds. Which sounds terrible but it has helped me lose 35 pounds in 25 days. We are still homeless and need help! Disability should be accepted by the second week of October, but right now.... we are just needing any help possible. Even 1 dollar! Please help !
