My dream ever since I was a little girl was to start my own business.
I grew up in a small town in North Augusta, Sc and my mother was a single parent. She gave up everything when she had me. Life was good growing up but I always wanted more. My mother spent a lot of time working and taking care of my sister and I.
Many people after high school went to college and was completely prepared as I was not. I had Good grades and graduated high school but I felt obligated to help my mother with my younger sister so her dreams could possibly come true.
I went to college for a little while but I truly realized it was not for me. Then i started making homemade sugar scrubs from my home and they turned out really good started to give them out while my sister was in high school but I didn't have the financial state to do that.
Fast forward a few years and I now live in Denver, Co and my sister is Persuing her dreams to be a doctor going to college.
Now it's time to peruse mines. My ultimate dream is to have a cosmetic business selling products like bubble bath, sugar scrubs, lotions and etc. My business would be based on helping women take time out of their day to have self time by using my products. I want women to know that even with a busy life we can still take time for our self.
