On January 6, 2014, Chasity was Diagnosed with Leukemia and within hours she went through the unimaginable-- She started Chemo, Radiation, and when that didnt work she then has a bone marrow transplant, which tool her life 6 months later. Chasity went through many challenges before becoming sick, she also had Downs Syndrome. Chasity, a High School Junior at the time, would be so enthusuastic every morning knowing she was going to see all of her classmates at East Central High School, which she acknowledged as her "Best Friends" She brought so many smiles and so much laughter, not only to the people who were close to her, but every person that came across her with that infctious smile.
To keep my sister's name and love for people alive , I came up with Embrace Chasity Christmas Cheer. With the help of Santa and his elfs, My family and I have been able to give Christmas Gifts to all the Life Skills Students in the East Central School District for going on our 6 years.
At this moment I would like to ask for everyones help with donations. It doesn't matter if its big or small, because anything will help in bringing a smile to Chasity's Best Friends' Faces.
