Kenobi has been having rough week. He started straining on Wednesday and has already been to the ER once and that was around $400. Luckily he wasn’t blocked but at the time I couldn’t afford the X-ray. Last night he was bleeding while pee and so I took him to the vet again today. He is currently at the vet now and the vet bill will be atleast $300 but possibly more. I’m waiting on his results. He doesn’t have any bladder stones and they need him to pee to check for crystals. I’m asking for any help you can give as I don’t have the money to cover the cost especially after the previous emergency visit. Any extra money not used for todays visit will go towards the ER visit earlier this week, medication, and special food.

Kenobi finally pee for the vet. He was threatened by getting pee in another way and decided it was a good time to go. His diagnosis is good. He will be sent home with meds and special food but the exact cause of his illness is unknown. He has feline idiopathic cystitis sydrome which will need to be managed the rest of his life. Hopefully with staying on the diet he won’t have another episode any time soon. Also looking into ways to try and reduce stress for him if possible. Thank you everyone for your help.
