INTRO / SHORT SUMMARY:
We’re building something totally unforgettable in North Central Arkansas — a real King Air aircraft mounted on a pole, soaring above a custom-built deck and margarita bar right below! Located just 1/4 mile from a major vacation highway, this will become the roadside destination for travelers and locals alike.
We're turning aviation into art, engineering into entertainment, and cocktails into a full-on community experience.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING:
This isn’t just a bar — it's a landmark:
- A full-size King Air aircraft mounted 20+ feet in the air
- A wraparound deck directly beneath the aircraft wings
- A fully equipped margarita and cocktail bar
- Outdoor seating, lighting, music, and island-style vibes
- A true destination where aviation meets relaxation
FUNDRAISING GOAL: $70,000
We’re raising funds to:
- Secure and erect the steel mounting system
- Restore and prep the aircraft for safe outdoor display
- Build the deck, bar, and all electrical/plumbing systems
- Cover permits, insurance, engineering, and zoning
- Add lighting, seating, sound, and signage
Total estimated cost: $50,000–$70,000, depending on labor and regulatory factors.
WHO I AM / WHY THIS MATTERS:
I’m a certified pilot and aircraft mechanic, experienced on multiple aviation platforms. I’ve always dreamed of turning an aircraft into a space people can enjoy and gather under.
This project isn’t just about drinks — it’s about building something creative, fun, and totally unique for aviation lovers, families, and vacationers across the Ozarks.
