My house was illegally stolen and auctioned in 2022. I wasn’t informed about the successful sale or given access to the equity. I was just discharged from the rehab facility at the time and I was still recovering from surgery and other medical tests.
i had four MRIs and was still not feeling great. The company started pursuing me to leave and attempted to have me and my family evicted. The Marshall was so kind and refused to go through with the eviction.
i have a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which stopped the eviction and now im trying to get a lawyer paid for his retainer fee so he can represent me to sue this company. I really need help . The boiler in my house is broken and I need another one but can’t afford it. We are using space heaters to keep warm in this freezing NY weather.
