Hope for Sister Margaret Mary and Baby Liam Autism Therapeutic Journey
Sister Margaret Mary has dedicated her life to caring for others as a Missionary Sister of Mercy. But now, she and her baby boy Liam face a desperate situation — one no one should ever endure.
After being tricked into returning home under false pretenses, Sister Margaret Mary was brutally attacked by a man she trusted. Her world was shattered in an instant. Alone, scared, and pregnant, she had nowhere to turn.
Thanks to the kindness and courage of her friend Father Don and caring community members, Margaret Mary escaped to safety. She gave birth to Liam, a beautiful boy born with autism who will require lifelong care and therapy.
Today, Margaret Mary and Liam live in a tiny apartment, struggling to make ends meet. Margaret Mary cannot work while caring for Liam, and Father Don has been supporting them. But this is not sustainable.
We urgently need to raise $30,000 by the end of this year to help them move into a safe, stable home where Liam can grow and thrive. Every dollar will go directly to buying a home, therapy, and essential living expenses.
Here’s how your support makes a difference:
- Provides a safe home for Margaret Mary and Liam
- Covers Liam’s therapy and special needs support
- Ensures daily essentials like food, clothing, and healthcare
Your generosity can give them a fresh start and hope for the future.
