My son, Micheal, had a major spinal injury while in Costa Rica. This injury required surgery and he will need additional medical treatment. Micheal needs to be Medical Evacuated back to the USA for critical medical treatment.
The cost to return Micheal to the USA is approximately $40,000 plus medical treatment.
As a single mother I am requesting assistance to bring my son back home to the USA.
