Dear friends, family and colleagues,
I am starting this fund to urgently request financial assistance for dental implants. As some of you may know, I have been facing serious dental issues and complications since college days. This long but never ending journey has left me financially drained and unfortunately, i can no longer afford to finish treatment which has severely impacted my health and quality of life. I am struggling with basic tasks like chewing. More than that, the lack of teeth has caused me to withdraw socially and I no longer smile due to embarrassment. The physical and emotional toll is overwhelming and I am desperate for help to regain my ability to eat properly and feel confident again.
Any help/assistance during this trying time would truly change my life, allowing me to regain my health and self-esteem. Thank you for considering my circumstances. I hope for the opportunity to move forward with necessary treatment that I need to reclaim a sense of normalcy.
