Hey there! My name is Jessie and I am a retired model/ actress. I have spent so much of my life chasing the "perfect body" to ensure I would look good on camera and get casted for the next film, only to hit my 30's and realize I was really unhappy and needed more. I've always had to provide my own wardrobe with items that were really restricting and body contouring. Things I would never wear in my daily life. Once I decided to retire, I ended up gaining a good 25 lbs. No longer required to be the "perfect size" to make money, I needed to really think of what brought me joy. What was I actually Good at? I've always been really crafty and artistic. I would make handmade items for friends and family which gave me such a sense of pride when I would see the smile it gave them. This made me decide to launch my own clothing and small houseware brand! *Que Poppy & Hemlock! My store will be primarely handmade and curated with intention. The brand would feature things that bring joy, comfort, and fun into a world that needs much more of it! It will be promoted via LIVE social media streaming to connect with new and existing customers on a more personal level.
