We are an ordinary family dreaming of a simple life. We had a home to protect us, and our children's laughter filled it, but we fled to tents because of the intense bombing.
I am a father of three children, including a newborn who has never known warmth or safety. Our house was destroyed in the war, and all our memories are now rubble. I also lost my job; the shop that was our source of income is now in ruins.
We sought refuge in a tent to protect us from the scorching sun, the winter cold, and the rain, but even the tent couldn't withstand the storms and winds; they tore it apart, leaving us to face the bitter cold without any protection. All night long, the sounds of my children shivering from the cold and hunger break my heart.
My children are hungry, their eyes filled with fear, and their small bodies are covered in the marks of the cold and insect bites. I can't provide them with their most basic rights: no food, no warmth, not even safety.
We need a tent to shelter us, food to feed our children, and warmth to ease their suffering. If you can help, even in the smallest way, you could be the reason, with God's help, for saving an entire family. Don't leave us alone in this pain.
