I’m  actor, comedian James Stephens III. I starred on a few tv shows in LA. I met my wife 15 years ago and moved to Chicago. In order to be together we decided to move to Myrtle Beach and open the first African American live performance theatre in the history of Myrtle Beach. It started out rough for the first 4 years, the 6th year we grossed over 900,000 dollars. That paid off a lot of debts. My wife decided that she wanted a divorce and left me overnight and moved back to Chicago. She also took most of the finances with her. I wanted to make a change in Myrtle Beach and I did.A place place blacks were not allowed to walk on the beach after 6pm to the first African American theatre in history. It’s diverse and beautiful. Please help me save it. My landlord raised my rent from 6k to 9k. He wants 100k for me to stay for one more year. Please help me to stay for one more year to turn it around and keep a legacy going.
