Help Me Bring TIMI Home
I’m asking for help with something deeply personal: bringing my beloved rabbit, TIMI, home.
I first met TIMI in my yard in West Virginia after he had been badly injured by other rabbits. Part of his ear was missing, and he was covered in scratches. When I picked him up, he didn’t resist. He was so timid that I named him TIMI.
After he recovered, he was injured again in an encounter with my dog, leaving him with a disabled leg for the rest of his life. But none of this took away his spirit. TIMI remained curious, loving, and full of personality. He adored bananas, mangoes, and blueberries, loved exploring new places, and even enjoyed going on car rides with me. He also learned to say a few words that sounded like English, making him even more special.
TIMI shared a deep bond with his girlfriend, Cuddles. Losing her was heartbreaking, and watching their connection showed me how much love and tenderness he was capable of giving.
For nine years, TIMI was far more than a pet. He was my companion, my family, and part of my everyday life. When he became sick, I had to watch him closely and understand what he needed because he couldn’t tell me where he hurt. Eventually, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go peacefully.
I need to raise $275.00 to have TIMI cremated and bring his ashes home. I’m struggling financially and cannot afford this final expense on my own. Every donation will go directly toward his cremation and help me keep him close while honoring the nine years we shared.
