I am in desperate need of aid. The past 7 months have been a series of continual injuries which have caused me such pain and suffering, it is almost impossible to describe. I am a contractor and a lot of the work I do is quite physical. This is also in part due to the fact that I have not been able to find proper laborers who are willing to work hard. It has put huge strain on my family whom I love and care for so much.
The leg injuries began with one serious leg injury in December, working on a residential remodel. The hospitals and doctors I have seen throughout this ordeal have not provided me the proper care and therapy that I greatly need. So this initial injury has turned into many and because I had to go back to work too soon and do not have enough time to recover between my various leg injuries since the first one. I am not able to heal and give my body the proper muscle therapy that I require. I have had the absolute worst experiences with doctors and hospitals imaginable. Because of this trauma I have received from them, and the high medical bills, I have been forced to treat my leg myself at home. My medical bills are great, and because I have been injuries—unable to walk now—I have not been able to make ends meet. I have also found that in Michigan (where I currently reside), it is quite difficult to receive disability.
My hope is that I can raise funds to get the medical attention that I absolutely require, and to get back to work, and recovering mentally and emotional from the horrors and trauma this experience has caused me.
