My Name is Fantasha Evans I was one of Kandra Hillard’s Favorite Auntie’s not only she was my Niece she was my Best Friend, My Right Hand, and she Always had my Back. I Need you guys to have my Back Now. I Come to You Guys With open Arms, Kandra was Loved and I know alot people loved Her. On July 19, 2025 between 12:30-1:00am Someone opened fire and shot and killed my Niece. To walk up and see the last image of her face traumatize me. I WILL NEVER FORGET IT 😭😭Me and my Family are Heartbroken. She did not deserve that. To Know Kandra Hillard was to Love Her. Kandra Had Insurance on her but not enough to withhold other expenses, Anything would help even a PRAYER. I Love you Guys Thanks…😢
