Europe's biggest humanitarian crisis in decades is unfolding amid the fighting in Ukraine. More than two million people--mostly women and children--have fled the country.
Many are arriving in Poland, and our colleagues at Orion's plant in Jaslo have already taken steps to support the arriving refugees. They are partnering closely with their fire brigade to ensure the refugees have food, medicine, clothes, shelter, and other necessities.
Orion Engineered Carbons would like to encourage our employees to donate money to the relief effort. The company will match the total amount raised by Orion employees worldwide.
Time is of the essence, so the campaign will end on March 19 so that the funds can be provided to those in need without further delay. Please support the campaign with any amount you can afford to give. To those in need, each and every contribution will be appreciated and put to good use.
