Hello family and friends. As you can see from the photos I am not doing very well. First, I would like to thank all of our family and friends for all your prayers and donations to help LuAnn get back on her feet. You have no idea how much you helped LuAnn and our family. She is doing good, still seeing her doctors and continuing with her therapy.

Back in July 2024, I had my left knee replaced. Surgery went very well, no complications. In September 2024 I started getting pain, tingling and numbness in both hands. It is extremely painful. Along with the hand issues, I started having problems walking in both legs. Pain was through both my thighs through the knee into my feet and toes. Affected how I walked. I walk like I have MS. Both legs in pain and walking very clumsy. I went to get some Ice Cream at the Kwik Fill. When I came out the Police where there. They asked me if I was OK. I assured them I was OK. They told me a person called in and said it look like an intoxicated man just went into the Kwik Fill. That's how bad my walking is. Had a laugh with the boys in blue about it.

In October received injections in my lower back to help with the walking/pain in my legs. I had several x-rays and scans over the next months. The injections wore off quickly. On 12/23/24, had neck fusion surgery on my 5-6 vertebrate which was to eliminate the pain in my hands and legs. Surgery did not help my hands one bit, as of this writing my hands are worse than before the surgery. Minor improvement with my legs.

In the spring of 2025, Doctor did a carpal tunnel exam and advised I had some issues. Did surgery on both hands for carpal tunnel which also was unsuccessful. Hands are now worse than ever.

During this time my legs were getting worse as in pain and weakness. Fell several times because of balance and weakness issues in both legs. On 10/08/2025, I had lower back surgery on my L3-L4 vertebrate which was to stop the nerve pain/weakness and awkward walking. Was up walking the next day with a walker for a short distance. Was in hospital for 3 days and walked with walker each day.

I was released to go home. After getting home, my left leg and lower back became so painful I could not stand up straight and lost the use of my left leg. The pain was in the back of my left thigh. It was excruciating. I fell several times, the last time doing a face plant in a parking lot breaking my nose along with a small crack around the eye socket.

I am now in a wheelchair. This is the worst health experience I've ever had. I walk into the hospital for surgery to help my walking issues and now I am in a wheelchair, go figure. I am currently scheduled for some more scans and another surgery.

This is the hard part for me; I have been out of work since the first week of October and will not be working for the foreseeable future. LuAnn's accident and resulting Health Care has put a very large strain on our household finances. I cannot thank everyone enough for helping LuAnn and I through this medical nightmare we both are currently in. If you can help us out with a donation thank you and bless you. If you continue to pray for us, thank you and bless you. The Lord is in LuAnn's, and my heart and soul and we are in his hands during this journey. I feel with all your help and prayers LuAnn, and I will continue to get better. God's Blessings to you all and have a wonderful Holiday Season with family and friends.
