I fell in love with the history of this building and the stories. Unfortunately the borough has decided to accelerate the time line in repairs needing to be done to the roof or the building will be torn down. This has basically become an emergency to gather funds for engineering cost and the roof replacement. Every little bit will help at this point. Thank you

Good afternoon everyone, I have lowered the goal amount to a more obtainable goal right now. I did this as we have a new plan moving forward.
So we still have to win the appeal process for this to happen. It's really important that we can come up with the funds quickly as time isn't on our side.
The new plan is going to consist of putting in cable ties and beams for support of the walls. This will ensure nothing changes to the structure as we clean it out. This will also give us support until we can build the new roof structure. Hopefully this will give us some time to get the roof on it. So that's the basic idea without all the technical stuff.
