Hi everyone,
It was great catching up with so many of you last Friday. During our conversation, we were reminded that what we've built extends far beyond an ERG or former colleagues. We've created a safe space, a support system, and, most importantly, a family.
One of the values we want this community to embody is showing up for one another, especially during life's more challenging seasons.
With that in mind, we're raising funds for Khallilah to help alleviate a small portion of the financial impact from last year's OLIVER layoffs. While we know this won't solve everything, we hope it can provide some relief and remind her that she has a community standing behind her.
We also recognize that everyone experiences their own challenges, and there have undoubtedly been times when others in our community could have benefited from support as well. While we can't meet every need, we hope that coming together in moments like this reflects the kind of community we're committed to building—one where we rally around each other whenever we're able.
If you're in a position to contribute, we're asking each person to consider giving $25 toward this fund. Our hope is that, together, we can reach our goal and make a meaningful impact. Of course, any amount is appreciated, and if you're unable to contribute financially, your words of encouragement and support are just as valuable.
