Anthony or "Tone" Catalano & Celsete Spina have become an integral part of our Divide Community. Originally from San Diego, these two wildly talented musicians may better be known to some as Little Hurricane. Little Hurricane is an American dirty blues band, just the two of them creating some BIG waves. They moved their family of four up to Georgetown & have become dear friends to many of us on the divide.
On Thursday, August 18th a deer ran out in front of Anthony on his motor bike. Celeste was following behind with their children. They all bore witness to him being launched 50 feet off his motorcycle which immediately caught on fire. Anthony was air flighted to Sutter Roseville. He has 5 broken ribs, a traumatic brain injury, broken teeth, broken thumb & severe road rash... & we are so grateful he's alive.
We are hoping to rally our community together to support them in this time of healing. Anthony will be needing surgery on his thumb which means touring is not an option for them for a couple months. Whatever you can contribute to support their cost of living, mental health care etc that may allow Anthony to take time away from his work as a recording engineer & musician would be so helpful to them.
