Help My Girls Secure Their Spot at the AAU Junior Olympics! 🏅❤️

They say that when one door closes, another opens—and that’s exactly what happened for our family.

Not long ago, our oldest daughter, Clark, made the incredibly difficult decision to hang up her leotard after years of competitive gymnastics. Following a broken toe, a broken ankle, and other injuries, continuing in the sport she loved was no longer the best path. Watching her walk away from gymnastics was heartbreaking, but she refused to let that define her.

Instead, she laced up a pair of track spikes and embraced a brand-new challenge.

Our youngest daughter, Jade, had also built an impressive gymnastics career, earning the title of First Place All-Around Gymnast. Transitioning away from a sport she loved wasn’t easy for her either, but together, our girls chose to make the best of a difficult decision.

They encouraged one another, worked harder than ever, and never looked back.

Today, we’re beyond proud to share that both of our daughters have qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics in Des Moines, Iowa!

🏅 Clark qualified in the Javelin Throw.

🏅 Jade qualified in the High Jump.

Watching two sisters compete together on one of the biggest youth stages in the country is something we could have only dreamed of.

As proud as we are, getting them there is a significant financial commitment. Traveling from Maryland to Iowa for a week includes airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, competition expenses, and other travel costs.

If you are able, we would be incredibly grateful for any donation—no matter the amount. If donating isn’t possible, sharing our fundraiser with your family, friends, and community would mean just as much.

Every contribution brings our girls one step closer to standing on that national stage and representing everything they’ve worked so hard for.

Thank you for believing in them, encouraging them, and helping make this dream a reality.

With gratitude,

The Johnson’s
