Let me start off by saying life is too short and oh so very fragile. Grief floods your system like a tsunami, and loss happens as swiftly as a blown candle. My dad, Ricky Jennings, took his last earthly breaths. He lived his life full of hard work and all the love a man could ask for. His body, though broken, never dampened his spirit or his sense of humor. He was a loving husband, beloved father and papaw, and friend to most that knew him. It didn't matter what you needed; if he had access to it, he had it to share. Life, since his declining health, has been difficult for all of us but especially my mother. She had taken on most of his home health care and seen to his quality of life. My dad had been without a job for a few years and therefore had no life insurance policy. I know it's the holidays and I hate being in a place where I have to ask, but if you could spare anything to help us cremate my dad. My family asks that even if you aren't in a place to donate, please keep us in your prayers. Thank you so much.
