My name is Ranae. I am a single mom of a cute 7 year old. I work full time as a Nurse Aide in a Nursing Home.
I recently bought a mobile home and was doing fine until I wasn't. I was off work for 2 weeks because my mother had a heart attack and next day a stroke. Family always comes first and we were uncertain of the results from her stroke. Those 2 weeks were unpaid and now it is catching up to me. I am behind in almost every bill, power,gas are on a shut off notice and car pmt is behind. I work as much as I can when I have a babysitter, however, I fell behind in that bill as well and they rejected him until the bill is paid in full.
I am a person who always helps when and where I can.... after 25 years in Healthcare as a nursing assistant, it's just what I do.
It's hard for me to do thus but I am going to swallow my pride and reach out for help.
I will be homeless if I can't catch up on bills.
