Please I need help. I bought my home with owner financing in November 2016 for 99000 at which I have paid 31000 so far plus paid all taxes and utilities.  The house needed a ton of work before my family and I were able to move in. I put 45000ish into the house using credit cards and then got completely sideways with payments which destroyed my credit. I have been slowly paying off the credit cards and getting rid of them but my credit score is still too low to get approved for a loan. The owner of the house has given me until June 1st 2022 to get the house paid off or financing for it or it's going to be put on the market and sold to someone else. He is an older gentleman and I understand why he wants to be done with it so he don't have to think about it anymore. But I am asking and begging for help. I don't have any family left except for my aunt and my brother who lives in Minnesota.  Even if someone can help me out with a loan so I don't have to worry about losing my home. I've put alot of blood sweat and tears into this place. So if people could please help me and my family so we don't end up homeless. Please.
