Mr. Albert J. Neumeyer was a beloved music educator, director, mentor, musician, actor, and friend. Throughout his tenure at Emmaus High School (EHS) from 1968 to 1982, he touched hundreds of lives, and affected the personal and professional trajectories of EHS students. Sadly, he passed away too soon on July 30, 2018.
For the past five years, a committed group of former students has worked with the East Penn School District to determine the best way to honor Mr. Neumeyer’s countless contributions to the music and theater programs at EHS. His work and dedication set the stage for the many fine music and theater programs that continue at EHS to this day.
This fundraiser is for the purpose of memorializing Mr. Neumeyer with a plaque displayed outside of the Emmaus High School Auditorium and for funding an annual scholarship for students in the performing arts.
Should we exceed all expectations and raise a substantially higher sum, we can revisit the method of memorialization with the District.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTION TO THE ALBERT J. NEUMEYER PROJECT. EVERY GIFT IS APPRECIATED AND NO GIFT IS TOO LARGE OR TOO SMALL!!
PLEASE SHARE THIS OPPORTUNITY WITH OTHERS SO THAT TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE THIS MEANINGFUL GOAL FOR REMEMBERING THIS EXCEPTIONAL MAN, ALBERT J. NEUMEYER!!
