My cousin JW Diprosperis has never taken a dime from the gub'ment. After working hard for 50 years, he was released from Ruby WVU Hospital last weekend after surgery to save his life. For the first time in his adult life, he was unable to work the last 2 months while doctors figured it all out and now bills need to be paid. I would like to give JW some breathing room so all he has to do is heal. I would be laying around if this happened to me, but all Jay wants is to get back to work!
