I am a mom of three children who was unlawfully sold a vehicle from a car lot that had serious issues that were never disclosed to me. I trusted that I was purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, only to find myself dealing with a blown engine that has left us without dependable transportation.
My husband and I are good people. We would do anything for anyone without hesitation and without anything in return. My husband goes to work everyday to provide for our family! We were not treated right at all. I now have no way to get my children to the doctors, to the grocery store, to even take them to do anything for summer break. I have a son that has life threatening allergies and god forbid something happens to him, we are left stranded with no way to get him medical support. My two youngest are ADHD and see a psychiatrist as well. Being without a vehicle has put a strain on us!
I am raising money for a lawyer to take the dealership to court so I can either get my car properly fixed or receive a different vehicle that is safe for my children and me. This entire situation has made me sick financially and mentally. The stress of not having reliable transportation, trying to provide for my kids, and facing unexpected expenses has been overwhelming.
