My son Rob after surviving kidney failure and a transplant got his fiance a puppy. Belle is a purebred pomski and weighs all of about 6 pounds. She was on her lead outside earlier today when 2 boys asked if the could pet her. Rob went into the garage which is 10 feet away from where Belle and the kids were. He heard her yelping and ran out. The kids were gone and Belles 2 front legs were broken. They have pet insurance but it will not cover the entire bill. Of they can't get the other 5000 for the vet, Belle will not be returned to them.
Please help us get Belle back from the vet. Rob and Alli really need your help after everything else they have endured.
