As you may know, I absolutely adore cats, so much that I have 4 beautiful fur babies. The leader of the pride, my darling Ranty, was diagnosed with diabetes roughly 3 months ago and has been getting treated since.
Today, however, he has taken a sudden turn for the worse and became unresponsive, which resulted in an emergency veterinary hospital trip. Ranty barley made it there alive, but was able to stabilize.
If we have even a chance of getting him back to his regular self, he is going to require some intensive treatment and 24/7 care for the next couple of days to see if he improves, which can cost anywhere between $5,000-$10,000. This isn't even including additional check ups, prescriptions, and additional medical care.
I hate to ask for help, but it's for my big ol' Rant, and I can't bare to imagine a world without him, or at least a situation where I didn't at least try everything to give him a fighting chance.
If you also love kitties, had the privilege to meet the Ranty, or have ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING at all to help, you have no idea how much it will help and how much gratitude I will have.
