Fallon is 26 and a mama to three beautiful babies — 7-year-old Kylan, 4-year-old Lolly, and her sweet angel baby Levi, who would have been 5 this year. ❤️ Fallon shared that it’s hard to describe herself outside of being a mom, because her whole world revolves around her babies. She’s been through so much over the past five years, but her strength and love as a mama keep her going every single day. 💕
