My name is Jennifer Smith I am from Tn. I have been a nurse since 2006.I was diagnosed with Covid last year and during that time my nursing license expired and since I had been out of work I couldn't afford to pay all the fees to reinstate them, get uniforms, and afford gas to start working again so that is what this is for.
