I have worked in and around veterinarians and shelters at several points in my life.  I have seen the unbelievable number of dogs and cats euthanized for space ranging from puppies/kittens to adults and it is disheartening as these animals do not deserve this type of end.  I see mass euthanasia out of shelters across the USA and for each animal that it happens to I memorize their faces and just cry. We need more shelters that are no kill, we need to advocate for free spay and neuter programs so that we can stop these senseless acts of taking a life.  That being said, I want to raise money so that I can purchase or build a shelter where this will not happen and hire good people to help run it.  Please consider donating for this great cause.  The name of this facility has already been chosen, and will be erected in memory of my dog that passed on at age 21.

A contractor has been confirmed for the build of this facility, a few veterinarians are on board, now it’s up to the people to continue donating to make this happen.
