I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart, but with hope and faith in the power of community.
I am currently in need of urgent financial assistance to cover my living, medical, and travel expenses related to a recent acute illness, complicated by pre-existing chronic illness, and necessary treatments.
The next several months will be critical in my journey towards regaining independence and wellness, and your support would make a decisive difference.
After being forced to retire, due to illness, I was able to sustain by doing independent, freelance work in healthcare consultations and patient advocacy, as well as website development and advertising. My condition has deteriorated, leaving me legally blind, and unable to continue those efforts.

Living expenses: Retrieval of belongings. Essential costs that will keep a roof over my head pending treatment, corrective surgeries and the disability application process.
Transportation costs: The cost of transport, and travel to and from medical appointments and treatment sessions.
Medication: The necessary drugs and therapies that are crucial for my treatment and recovery.
Post surgical supplies.
Insurance is inadequate in covering many of these costs.
Food: Nutrition supplements essential for sustaining health and wellbeing.
Pet care: Two older Doggos, both require meds, checkups and special nutrition.
Incidentals: Additional unforeseen costs that arise during this period.
