My daughter is an addict. She got pregnant and had Hazley 5 weeks early. Of course CPS got involved. We live in Morgan County Indiana. I work out of state and go to legal dispensaries. Since we asked for Hazley to be placed with us. Then we get guardianship papers filled out and signed and clerk tells us we can't file these without a lawyer and said its a morgan county rule. So we hired a lawyer "its 1000 retainer and will go up from there. Then cps decided we needed to take a drug test. When asked if we did drugs, we said no of course. Then mouth swab comes back positive for THC. Now we are forbidden to even go up to the hospital and see our granddaughter. Anyone that can help us get our granddaughter back would be very much appreciated.Thank you for your time reading this.
