I live in Frazier Park and I live with emphysema my car has broken down and cannot be fixed and I we have no public transportation available so cannot get to doctor's appointment without my car my doctors tend to be a 2 hour drive away and so is emergency hospitals so I'm asking for your help trying to buy another car so that I can get to my doctor's appointments  thank you
