Recently, I underwent a surgery that turned out to be more complex than I had anticipated. As a single mom with limited insurance, the financial burden has been overwhelming. Though I work both a full-time and a part-time job, it’s still not enough to cover the mounting medical bills. My daughter is a senior this year, and supporting her through everything is my top priority, but the stress of these expenses has been weighing heavily on us.
Reaching out for help is difficult for me, but I’m hoping to alleviate some of this financial strain. It’s been a challenging period, and like many, we’ve faced our share of struggles.
