This is Salem my 11 year old boy he recently was diagnosed with diabetes he has been fighting his glucose not regulated with his insulin and now with ketones present he has developed DKA which is life threatening He was taken to the er which was instructed by my vet when arriving they took him back and ran blood work on him he needs immediate hospital care to flush out his ketones and get his glucose regulated
