Season of Cheer!
Welcome to our 2023 Launch
We are excited to partner with Loudoun County Veteran’s Services for a 5th year in a row. We’ve had great success raising money for this organization and look forward to having our best year yet!
This year we’ve expanded, adopting five veteran families. Welcoming back four of our families from last year’s campaign and adding one new family – all based in Loudoun County.
How it Works
Read the stories below of each veteran family in need. Donate to your heart’s content. Once the site closes at noon on 12/15 the final Season of Cheer contribution amount will be equally divided and distributed directly to:
The Robinson Family
The Kirchman Family
The Perry Family
The Davis Family
The Goodson Family
Our goal for this year is $25,000.
Season of Cheer Run Time: Monday, November 27th through Friday, December 15th
Robinson Family
We are happy to continue working with the Robinson Family. Mr. Robinson was a 100% disabled, double amputee, United States Navy (USN) Veteran. He unexpectedly passed away in January 2021, leaving behind his wife and daughter. In 2019, the Loudoun County Veteran Services (LCVS) had to rebuild their home in Aldie, VA due to a black mold issue and to modify the house to provide access for Mr. Robinson’s wheelchair. Mrs. Robinson has been more than appreciative for our support and would gratefully welcome our support again this year. Upon receiving last year’s funds, Mrs. Robinson said “Thank you for all your support and help!”
Kirchman Family: We have assisted the Kirchman Family since 2019 and are happy to continue our assistance. Mr. Kirchman is a disabled United States Navy (USN) Veteran and due to his health complications and inability to work, his family has been struggling to make ends meet. His family consists of him, his wife Tracey and their 8-year-old son, Isaac. Last year, Mr. Kirchman was more than appreciative of the support, stating “THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS!!! My whole family, Mike, Tracey and Isaac thanks you all.”
Perry Family: We gladly welcome back the Perry Family in this year’s campaign. Mr. Perry is a former U.S. Marine that served with distinction as a Marine Infantryman during Operation Desert Storm. He was honorably discharged and awarded a Combat Action Medal. Mr. Perry is service-connected disabled and has persevered through multiple serious medical issues, including two knee replacement surgeries and diabetes. He is currently unable to work due to health issues and although his family is struggling financially, they are strong-willed and confident they will eventually overcome all the challenges they have encountered. They are very thankful for the support Booz Allen has previously provided.
Davis Family: This is our second year helping the Davis Family. Both Mr. and Mrs. Davis are former U.S. Marine Corps aircraft mechanics and are both service-connected disabled. They reside in Loudoun County with their two adopted children and maternal grandmother. They are a proud and confident young couple that purchased a “fixer upper” farmhouse and are trying to make ends meet. They could definitely use assistance during the holiday season. Last year, Mrs. Davis said “Thank you so much! Happy holidays! We are so beyond grateful!”
Goodson Family: The Goodson Family is new to our campaign this year. Mr. Goodson served in the U.S. Marines in the late seventies and currently resides in Leesburg, VA with his wife. They have three older children that reside locally. We here at Booz Allen cannot wait to work with the Goodson Family this year and to fill their home with the spirit and joy of the season.
