I recently had a stroke & find myself diabetic with a hole in my heart that has been there since birth & may cause more strokes in future.  As of now, though, I am doing pretty well.  I can drive & work (a bit slower than before & I find it a bit harder to explain myself.  Getting words out and using my right hand has hindered my typing & mouse skills, the copy & paste abilities etc).  I have a hard time getting up and moving around but am managing pretty well while being a bit dizzy & leaning to the right at times. The ER, ICU & other nurses were great, but the costs are not something I can't pay.  They charged me over $94,000.00 for 4 days of treatment, the Ambulance & drug costs.  I have GREAT insurance, but I cannot pay the $7900.00+ & $1371.00 Ambulance costs.  I am asking you for assistance as I have nowhere else to go.  I still owe over $80,000.00 on my home and am nearly 57 yrs old.  I just can't make this happen & I don't have family or parents to assist me.  All I can do is ask you for help in a time when we're ALL struggling, and I'm sorry, but any assistance will be appreciated even if I pay them $100 every paycheck I WILL pay my debt to UPMC in York, but your assistance would be so helpful to me right now when they want $2500.00 over 3 payments via any means necessary & I just cannot make that happen.   I tried payment plans but they would only offer me a "plan" through a bank & wanted al my personal details (OVER THE PHONE) or not at all.  I even offered to show up in person & fill everything out but they told me NO it was only being offered via the internet.  What kind of Hosptial payment plan is that?! 

I don't add pics or a video as I am NOT photogenic & I just don't want to.  I'm sorry that I still have some vanity left.  It is not as humble as I'd like, but I just can't do it!
