My name is Marilyn, and my dog's name is Mantra. We were a team. He was my best friend, but I never expected to get what he had. I’m talking Zoonatic. Yes, it is the transfer of parasites from animals to humans. It is scarce here in the States.  I have usually seen it in Africa, India, and tropical climates. It is widely seen in poor living conditions and sanitary filth in the ocean. My god I never thought it could be so brutal! They give tests in California but these tests do not show all the different varieties of worms you can get. It is expensive to try to cover these costs with regular insurance I have oral myosis which means that the worms come out of every orifice you have and are incubated by water. So when I drink water it makes more eggs within me.

 

 I contracted this from living in Mexico.  I left there to get treatment.

However, where I live, none of the Doctors want to treat me.

 

I need to see an Infectious Doctor, but, there are none in this area.  So I need to travel and that's my problem.  I do not have the means to get the help I need. 

 

Unfortunately, I lost my dog due to the Infection.

 

I did speak with an officer from the Palm Springs area. He confirmed my concerns. His name is Justin Lawlet and Officer Tyson Galova.
