Ricky will continue to be in the hospital until at least 04/19 & has already been inpatient in mostly ICU setting for the past 3wks the travel costs are creating a financial hardship for me especially being out of work. Gas/food is the major concern at approximately $50/day traveling back n forth and trying to get Kendrick Back n forth to work as well. Anything helps in this time of need! It was a long day on the way down to Portland I had a tire blow on the highway thankfully I was able to manage to pull over to the brake down lane safely!! There appeared to be nothing even wrong with the tire maybe the seal came loose or something! It was the drivers side front tire & was pretty scary how out of control the vehicle felt while immediately slowing down to the side of the road! Thankfully a friend came to rescue me by changing out the tire & on my way down the road I went to be with Ricky! Every bit of help is so appreciated! Ricky had a few very tough days with his PICC line migrating too far into his heart which caused a pretty serious period of cardiac arrhythmias it was pretty scary there for a bit but once they pulled it back 4cm He recovered quite quickly this kind of antagonized his seizures & then he had a few respiratory episodes where he was struggling to maintain his oxygen but today was better!
