After successfully operating a home daycare in Manchester, CT for 4 years, Precisely Pandas expanded to a large stand alone building in South Windsor, CT in April 2022. The concept of a home daycare was born out of personal need, being a soon-to-be mom of three, my husband and I were dissatisfied with the childcare options available and I left my position at an aerospace/engineering company to build a high-quality childcare program of our own. My previous work history in banking, as a school administrator, New York City EMT and an HR Supervisor helped me craft a daycare program that supported early learners and delighted parents. I am proud to say that many of the 3-5 year olds in our program are identifying sight words and even reading on a Kindergarten level!
Since our opening on April 4, 2022, we are very proud to have grown from serving 7 families to 42 families! We have also grown our workforce from 3 employees to 14, to stay ahead of the curve and continue to provide exceptional care. Even with the great success we've gained, with each new school year, we rely on the generosity of our extended community of supporters to make each year a success without placing added burden on our current families, who are working hard in this challenging economy. As a private educational center, rising costs and demands threaten our ability to supply our classrooms with additional supplies, materials and cutting edge equipment to support a high-quality learning program. Additionally, we are not your "average daycare;" we boast programming like our annual community fair called Panda Day!, Preschool graduation, fall festivals, winter concerts, Parents Night Out and more! Your financial support will help us meet the demands of these events, provide quality classroom materials and support the teachers with the end of year gifts that they are so deserving of.
