Hello Everyone,
I've come here today asking for everyone to come together and help my granddaughter, who has been through the ringer.
About 3 months ago my beautiful granddaughter was born via c-section. There was a number of alarming situations that made a c-section necessary. After she was born we learned about her medical issues. She has fluid in her skull that needs to be constantly drained with a shunt, she has a loss of facial control and also has hearing impairments. As you can see from the photos she has a feeding tube and is intubated. She hasn't really even opened her eyes yet. We love this little darling and due to her needing round the clock care, Holly will be unable to work. They also need a full time nurse to be there almost 20 hours a day once this little darling comes home. She is still currently in Children's Hospital receiving around the clock care.
Please help these young parents in this tough time. Our family has all been helping but unfortunately we cannot do it all.
