Start New Company

I'm 57 years old living with family and  no income i,ve worked for other people all my life making them money and getting me nowhere always wanted to start my own business and i,ve done  my research and can start up with a1000 this covers all permits ,bike and product but like i said i have no income all i get is 299 in food stamps need to do this so i can stopping living off the gov. so friends and neighbors  please help/ thankyou
