My dog is almost 8 years old and is a very energetic dog who loves to play. She has had diabetes for about 6 months now and developed cataracts in her eyes causing her to go blind. She cannot run or play fetch and it breaks my heart that those are her two favorite things to do. She lives with my grandma downstairs (her main caretaker) who is crippled and walks with a walker that my dog keeps bumping into. Not only that but my grandma is limited to how much she can help the dog. I want her to enjoy the rest of her life and do the things she loves so she doesn’t suffer. The surgery to fix her eyes costs 11,000. It’s a lot of money but we can afford most of it, anything at all will help. Thank you so much for your kindness.
